Ciarán Pasi is a self-taught filmmaker from Glasgow, Scotland. His work explores memory, masculinity and loss. He has worked across both documentary and drama, believing the story – and how best to realise it – reveals the form. He is as influenced by Shane Meadows as he is 2Pac and Seamus Deane.

Steven Jeram (he/him)
Steven Jeram is an RTS Student Award-winning creative producer whose work has screened at BAFTA and Oscar-qualifying festivals and gained international distribution. An inaugural Sean Connery Talent Lab participant and BAFTA Connect member, he brings extensive production experience across commercials, film and HETV, working with major broadcasters and platforms while championing original stories and emerging voices.
